How we measure uptime.

CiteRank targets 99.9% High Availability for our core platform. We use global health checks from 12 regional nodes to ensure consistent performance for users worldwide.

Uptime Calculation

Uptime is calculated monthly based on the total number of minutes all core components are reachable.

Exclusions

Measurement excludes scheduled maintenance windows and downstream latency caused by third-party LLM provider APIs.
