This page is maintained manually by the CiteRank engineering team. It is not yet wired to an automated public telemetry feed, so it is not a substitute for scheduled replay alerting. Component states are updated when a production issue is confirmed or resolved.
Incidents
No customer-impacting production incidents are currently open. A published incident history will appear here once automated incident tracking is connected; until then we notify affected workspaces directly by email.
How we handle availability.
We do not publish a numerical uptime percentage. Contractual availability commitments are agreed per enterprise agreement rather than advertised here.
Monitoring cadence
Internal health checks run continuously against core services. Engine monitoring itself is scheduled: prompts are replayed on a defined cadence rather than continuously.
Third-party dependencies
Availability of downstream AI engine and LLM provider APIs is outside our control. Slow or failed runs caused by a provider are surfaced in your run history.
Feature status
Capability availability (including SAML SSO, SCIM and API access) is documented with explicit Available, Beta and Planned states in the security documentation.
