SAML 2.0 Single Sign-On

CiteRank supports SAML 2.0 for centralized identity management. This allows your teams to authenticate using your existing Identity Provider (IdP).

Supported IdPs: Okta, Azure AD (Entra ID), Google Workspace.
Service Provider (SP) initiated SSO.
Just-in-Time (JIT) provisioning.

SCIM Provisioning

Planned

SCIM 2.0 directory synchronisation is planned. Until it ships, user lifecycle is managed through SAML just-in-time provisioning at first sign-in plus manual deactivation, or in bulk by your customer success contact on enterprise agreements.
