Reporting

Reporting

Reporting turns monitoring runs into artefacts other people can read: periodic reports for stakeholders, raw exports for analysts, and alerts for changes that need attention before the next report.

Reports

Available

A report summarises one run, or the movement between two runs, for a single workspace. Reports include the metric set, engine breakdown, competitor comparison and the prioritised recommendations produced from the run.

  • Run-over-run comparison with the replay counts and confidence attached to each figure.
  • Engine-level detail so a change can be traced to a specific engine.
  • Scheduled delivery on a weekly or monthly cadence depending on plan.
  • White-labelled report styling for agency and managed programmes.
Sample data in reports and demo dashboards is always labelled. Illustrative figures are never presented as customer results.

Exports

Available

Exports give analysts the underlying records rather than the summary. Anything shown in the dashboard can be taken out of the platform.

  • CSV export of prompt-level results, including engine, replay count and confidence.
  • CSV export of the captured citation set with source domains and prompt attribution.
  • PDF export of the formatted report for distribution.
  • Exports are recorded in the audit log with the acting user and timestamp.

Scheduled export delivery to cloud storage buckets is Planned.

Alerts

Available

Alerts notify a workspace when a monitored value moves beyond a threshold, so material changes do not wait for the next report cycle.

  • Visibility movement beyond a configured threshold.
  • A competitor entering or overtaking you in recommendation share.
  • Loss of a citation source that previously appeared consistently.
  • Run health alerts when a run completes as partial.

Email delivery is available. Slack and Microsoft Teams alert destinations are Planned.
